Our 2006-2008 strategic goals:

GOAL ONE: Over the next biennium we will strengthen our zones by establishing a support process for our zone presidents that develops them as leaders, provides group and 1:1 coaching, and networks all District resources in that support process.

GOAL TWO: We believe the Pastoral Advisors bring a unique gift and opportunity for equipping and enabling women and our zones and societies to fulfill our mission of using our gifts in ministry. We would like to work with the District President and our Pastoral Advisors and

  • more clearly define the purpose, roles, and functions of the pastoral advisor position so they can better enable and empower us (the women) to do spiritual growth activities and ministries (i.e., write and lead devotions, bible studies, witness, etc.) more effectively;
  • ask them to work more intentionally with zone pastoral advisors and mentor them in ways to better link LWML with the mission and ministry of the larger church body in their zones.
