BREAKFAST is on your own. There are several restaurants in the hotel, as well as nearby. A Safeway store is located in the shopping mall within walking distance. Each room has a microwave & refrigerator.

 

LUNCH: Wine Country Picnic — This lunch buffet includes meat and cheese selections, assorted breads, salads and dessert.

 

BANQUET SELECTIONS:

Macadamia Chicken—char-grilled marinated breast w/ pineapple macadamia chutney

Char Grilled King Salmon Filet— basted with basil-garlic butter

***IMPORTANT: Banner Procession Practice ***

We will meet in the Grand Ballroom at 1:00 on Friday May 16th.   All Zone Presidents, YWR'S, TEEN LWML, will be expected to attend this practice.  The Processional will be on Friday night at 6:30.  Banners will be stored in the Grand Ballroom.

Gifts from the Heart: This is an all district ingathering brought by convention attendees to go to local charities. This is a separate ingathering from the Mission Faire activities.

    1. Non-perishable food items for the Gloria Dei Lutheran

        Food Bank in Central Point. Please check expiration

        dates!

    2. Finished 45"x60" and/or 60"x72" juvenile and lap quilts

        ready to be tied. These quilts will be tied by the the

        Southern OR zone and distributed to local charities for

        their mission faire project.

 

Convention Bags and Lanyards: We're going 'green'! Please bring a favorite convention bag and Oregon District/LWML lanyard from a past convention (you'll receive an iron-on convention logo). If you don't have these, they will be provided.
